Return Policy

In order to reduce the negative impact on the environment, our return instructions are in paperless mode. “Reputation First, Customers Foremost” is the aim of our service. We want you to feel comfortable and delighted when shopping at Joyen, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy. If the products you receive have any quality problems, we will accept returns for a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, but the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee will not be refunded.

Return Conditions

1. Please note that we are offering the final sale here which cannot be sold again. It shall be returned only on the condition of occurrence of quality problems. You have 14 calendar days to decide if you want to keep these defective items. If you plan to return the items, please contact our Customer Service within 14 calendar days after you received the package to obtain authorization.
2. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4. When returning, you must use a shipping method that has valid tracking. Returns without tracking information will not be processed.
5. For returns, any complimentary items received must be included in the return package. Otherwise, the retail price of the complimentary item will be deducted from the refund.
6. Freight To Collect (FTC) service is not available for packages returned to us and return charges are to be borne by you.
7. Please do not send the item to the address on the original package. This is not our return address and it will affect your return processing.
